These membranes are generated with specialised computer software. This software also produces cutting patterns and these
panels are then joined by a high frequency welder, thus eliminating quick breakdown of threads from a sewing machine and
durability is maintained for years to come.
Smaller sized sails have a stainless steel press eye in each corner and a loop of stainless cable running around the
perimeter in a pocket, to help tension the membrane.
Our larger sails come with a stainless corner clamping plate, which is powder coated, and a stainless toggle tensioner
connects the corner plate to the post.
Each individual side of the membrane has its own stainless edge cable with threaded end terminals for final tensioning.
